Scheduled tour bookings are not confirmed until payment is received ( by Hidden Secrets or accredited Travel Agent*)

In any event, Hidden Secrets strongly advises you to take out a travel insurance... its well worth the oiece of mind.

If bookings are cancelled the following fees apply

• More than 7 days in advance - 90% will be reimbursed
• 2-7 days in advance - 50% will be reimbursed
• within 48 hours of     commencement - refunds will not be available

If Hidden Secrets Tours is forced to cancel a booked tour, any prior payments will be fully refunded.

Hidden Secrets Tours opperate in all weather, though reserves the right to allter or ammend an itinerary if circumstances require.
