Walking tours is what we do, yet we know at times this is not always easy for everyone.
As our business grows, we are able to add new capacity builders to our brand, and tours where clients have accessible needs have been part of our tour offering since 2015.
We offer shared tours and options for privately arranged tours for guests that need a little extra when they are planning an experience with us in Melbourne.

All tours we operate may include steps and stairs, it is the nature of our city, but with prior notice we can arrange tour plans to avoid these, or chose a cafe with an outdoor area, to create an inclusive experience.

Our groups are small, and we want to ensure the best experience for all and this may mean a private tour is the most enjoyable outcome.
We want all customers to enjoy the laneways, so we have designed walks for private tours designed specifically for customers with further assistance.
– Tours for electric wheelchairs (only available as a private tour option)
– Tours designed for visually impaired guests, where sound and touch is the focus. (see another page for this)
– Tours where standard wheelchairs can be used on a standard tour (subject to tour plan and pace)

When planning a walking tour in any city, walking is the main aspect, and where suitable we encourage you to let us know at the time of your booking or quote to advise of any assistance you may require.

Whilst our brand is clear about supporting small businesses of Melbourne, our aim is to be inclusive without favour for our clients too.

Our city is made up of tiny places, some which do not have accessible toilets, or handrails, or even a lift. For this reason we do not advertise as wheelchair friendly.

Just as we ask for dietary concerns we ask for access concerns, this allows us time to ensure our clients tour is the best that it can be.

We are not able to adapt tours on the day for access or dietary needs, so please allow us time to create a memorable experience for you as either a spot on our shared tour, or an exclusive tour just for you. Please contact us for any accessible concerns as soon as possible, so we can ensure a positive result.
